Dear Pirates,
Our first meet is tomorrow, Thursday, June 4th, at Planterra. Here is the information for the meet and the Heat Sheet. Please have your child's arm marked before they arrive at the pool. Pirates should arrive at the pool between 4:15 and 4:30. Please follow the driving and parking directions.
Arrival & Parking
-Enter Planterra Ridge via Hwy. 54 on Planterra Way. The gate on Kelly Green will be closed and is for residential entry only. Golf cart arrival is encouraged and can enter Planterra via both Kelly Green and Planterra Way
-Parking lot will be closed for golf carts/vehicles, but will be available for families to set-up for the meet.
-Please park on one side of the road (GREEN) and leave driveways clear and accessible. We will have volunteers available to assist with parking

5:00 Timer/Stroke judge meeting under the pavilion (we have 5 lanes)

Viewing & Spectator Guidelines
-Pirates bullpen set-up will be the far right corner at the deep end/starting end. -Parents and families are welcome to watch from the shallow-end.
-Coaches, swimmers, and volunteers ONLY behind the deep end and in bullpens.
-The baby/kid pool will be closed during the meet so lifeguards can give their attention fully to the meet.
-Tents are not allowed to be set-up on the pool deck. We have a large umbrella that will be available to serve as shade for your team's bullpen. All tents must be set-up outside of the pool area. The grass, playground, and parking lot are all available for tent set-up.
Concessions
-They will have hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, nachos, chips, drinks, cookies, candy, and popsicles/ice cream for sale as a fundraiser.
-We will accept cash and Venmo
