Via the Website

1. Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen. If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
2. Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Calendar / Meet Sign-up" to sign up for a swim meet. Meets are enabled for sign-ups once there is a green button displayed.
3. Click the green JOB SIGNUP button and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to MEET ENTRY.
4. Click Save Assignments.
5. Click Back to Calendar / Meet Signup
6. To declare your swimmers' attendance and select individual meet entries: Click the green MEET ENTRY button, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
7. For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names: (undeclared), attending, not attending.
8. Select the appropriate individual events that your swimmer would like to enter from the list shown.
9. Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop down options.
10. Click Save to record your choices.

If you have any questions or concerns in selecting your swimmers' events, please consult with the coaches who will assist you.

Via the Swimtopia App

1. Open the Swimtopia App on your phone.
2. Select the team RMEA.
3. You will see a list of events on the home screen, just under the list of members in your family. Click on the event you want to sign up for.
4. Click Meet Signup. This will take you to the Swimtopia website.
5. Click Edit under your athlete's names.
6. For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names: (undeclared), attending, not attending.
7. Select the appropriate individual events that your swimmer would like to enter from the list shown.
8. Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop down options.
9. Click Save. Navigate on your phone back to the Swimtopia App. (Iphone is in the upper left corner.)
10. Next, click on Job Signup. This will take you to the Swimtopia website.
11. Under the parent name you wish to sign up, click Sign up for Jobs. Select the job you would like, then click Save Assignments.
12. Navigate on your phone back to the Swimtopia App. (Iphone is in the upper left corner.) The app will need to be refreshed to see your swimmer events and parent job assignments.

Job Signup

• Head Timer will time the entire meet. You will need to push a button at the start of each race and start a stop watch in case someone forgets to start their watch.
• Timer will time the entire meet. You will push a button at then end of each race and start/stop a stopwatch and write down the time for each race.
• Ribbon Person will place stickers on the back of ribbons and will need to stay until slightly after the meet is over. 
• Water Runner takes water to timers during the meet.
• Runner picks up sheets from the timers and delivers them to the computer person. 
• Ribbon Runner brings stickers from the computer person to the ribbon people. 
• Stroke Judge will write out DQ slips for stroke infractions.

Swimmer Signup

• YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR MEETS THE TUESDAY BEFORE THE MEET OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND.
