How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:

Log in to the Commit Website:  Pirate Meets

Job Signup

Click the JOB signup tab on the left hand side of the page and sign up for volunteer shifts. Please make sure you are signing up to Volunteer at the correct Pirate Meet.

• Head Timer will time the entire meet. You will need to push a button at the start of each race and start a stop watch in case someone forgets to start their watch.
• Timer will time the entire meet. You will push a button at then end of each race and start/stop a stopwatch and write down the time for each race.
• Ribbon Person will place stickers on the back of ribbons and will need to stay until slightly after the meet is over. 
• Water Runner takes water to timers during the meet.
• Runner picks up sheets from the timers and delivers them to the computer person. 
• Ribbon Runner brings stickers from the computer person to the ribbon people. 
• Stroke Judge will write out DQ slips for stroke infractions.

Swimmer Signup

• Once you login you will end up on the Dashboard Page. You will see a list of Upcoming Meets.Click the Registered/Not Registered link in the Upcoming Meets section for the Meet you want to Signup for or change.
• Once you are on the Meet Signup page click the Commit Swimmer Button to be added to the Meet.
• Once you are ‘Committed’ to the Meet you can select which events you would like to swim by Clicking the ‘Person Icon’ next to the available entries.
• Your current entered events will appear in the Current Entries Section. You can remove events from your Current Entries by clicking the Red ‘Person Icon’ next to your current entry.
• YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR MEETS THE TUESDAY BEFORE THE MEET OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND.
