Things to know for the City Championship at Kedron Aquatic Center this Saturday: [Please go over these items with your swimmer]

* We are still in need of several volunteers. Please make sure you check the times as 10 and unders swim from 7AM-12:30 and 11 and older swim from 12:30-6:30.

*Our warm ups will be at 7AM for 10 and under and 12:30 for 11 and older.

*Parents should set their chairs and tents up in the grassy area on the far/wooded side of the pool.

*Parking is available for cars at Kedron, the skating rink, and at Kedron Elementary. DO NOT park in the fire lanes or on the grass. Golf Carts should park on the grass or park 2 carts to a spot.

*Swimmers should be at the the Pirate tent [which will be in the grassy area on the far side of the pool marked with the Pirate flag] at least 5 events before they are to swim. Coaches will look for swimmers there and will not be looking for them otherwise.

*When the Heat Sheets are sent to you please look for 2 events and 1-2 relays for your swimmer. Many of our Swimmers are swimming in a mixed relay or UP in a older relay. Please do not leave the meet until you have checked with a coach.

*Swimmers will not be able to use the small pool and will need to stay away from the edges of the large pool when not swimming.

*Families should not set up inside the building. Swimmers and families should only be in the building to use the restrooms. Please tell your swimmers to only use the restrooms closest to the pool. If someone is in need of air conditioning they may volunteer to do ribbons in room 2.

*Parents should not set up chairs on the deck. You will only be allowed to stand on the deck while your swimmer is swimming. 

*ALL STARTS will be from the blocks in the deep end. Relay swimmers that start in the shallow end will need to start from inside the pool.

*Please do not block doorways or entrances.

*We will be using the Time Drops System. Parents can download the TIME DROPS LIVE! app to follow along with the meet in real time. These times are not official.
